Founding Story...

A couple of years ago, I attended an Internationally known business networking group meeting.  The purpose of this group was to gather local business professionals to build RELATIONSHIPS and TRUST in order to assist each other in marketing (word-of-mouth) their business.

Realizing the potential value in building rapport with local business owners, I felt it was needed in the Southtowns of WNY. This eventually led me to creating a chapter of this group in my hometown, Hamburg, NY where there were not a lot of groups like this. 

After nine months of working to apply this group to Hamburg, we found that it did not quite fit what we were looking for. The international groups approach had unrealistic rules, commitments and a high cost to join. 

Southtowns Synergy is born...

On November 1st of 2011, many of the members were eating breakfast after the meeting and it struck us that we should just create our own networking group. We took the idea and ran with it! Within a couple months, all members from the international group had followed me over to what is now known as "Southtowns Synergy Networking Group". We are now over 30 members strong and continue to grow each day!

The group was built on the premise of having less structure, but enough to foster progress. We wanted to create a professional lock-out group that represented its community in a professional manner.

In order to become a member of the group we look for business owners or sales professionals that have a stellar reputation for performing their services at the highest levels of satisfaction, at a fair price!
